Antique Woods has been in existence since 1992, although, it has changed hands. What started out as a hobby turned into a profession for Shawn Burks (the owner). He truly enjoys waking up for work every single day making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. We are proud to say that our company is a family owned business. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and “Doing what we say we are going to do.” Our passion is learning about the history of our country through its antique construction and by rejuvenating the wood that helped build America. We breathe new life into the materials our forefathers used. We love what we do and devote our lives and our business to making our customers' projects unique and built to last through both modern and traditional building methods

Reusing lumber, specifically old-growth wood rarely found in the wild, is the ultimate form of recycling.

Antique Woods of Louisiana has been recycling this very valuable commodity since 1992. We offer the very best in salvaged antique wood and have an abundant quantity and variety. Most of our inventory is found in former textile mills on the east coast and other buildings throughout the United States and Canada.
